"There were some paint dings in the bedroom we were in and a little bit of stains by wall next to the couch we had in the Margaret room that the cleaning staff should have wiped down. However, I would rate this hotel a 5 out 5. The staff is incredible, especially Isteven and Marcelle. They went above and beyond assisting us and tending to our needs. Our sheets were changed after 2 days, the room was cleaned well and the bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast is decent but the service is the best. Our room was big and and spacious and everything else in the hotel is very cleaned and maintained, including the spa and pool area. I highly recommend this hotel and hope they continue to keep up the great service. We were a group of 11 with 4 rooms reserved for 5 days. We are very pleased."
