"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. "We had a very nice stay"

"The apartment was clean, spacious and well catered (except for the lack of hair dryer). However, there was no WIFI, which made it extremely inconvenient for me to do any work. I had to find another venue which is difficult in a city I do not know. The absence of WIFI made it impossible to receive emails, so I was also left stranded to access my key on arrival. Definitely not to be recommended for international professional travel."
