Waterfront home with private dock near the beach

  • Wild Orchid is your home away from home. If coming by boat, we will welcome you at the private dock. We are conveniently located just minutes away from the Port Lucaya Marketplace, Golf Course, gas dock, grocery store, bars and restaurants. We are located less than 0.25 miles from the beach, this means in less than a 5 minute walk you can have sand between your toes. At the rear of the property is a shared pool, yard space and access to the dock.

Great house with a great floating dock

House was clean and tidy. Floating dock was in good condition. Deep water with no concern for the boat while docked. Easy walking access to the beach!!!
