We were a family of 11\. Parents, adult children, and grandchildren. The house was perfect for a group, lots of room. The deck area was so nice, very nice deck furniture. The kitchen was very well equipped for homemade meals. The beds were very comfortable. If you're looking for something besides a beach vacation, this might not be for you. The immediate area is very limited for groceries and restaurants. We had a great time just hanging around by the water and going for walks. The grandchildren loved to swim and skim board. The property management was very responsive anytime I had a question, but we had no reason to contact them while we were there. Everything was as described and pictured. They did not have a replacement home large enough for my group. They basically said we were sh\*& out of luck. They did not do a very good job of making this right other than refund our money and telling us to reschedule our vacation for another week. We had 3 families involved and were already packed and loaded with a weeks worth of groceries and clothes. Fortunately, I was able to find another home through another property rental company that could accommodate us. I also feel fortunate to be able to come up with another $9,000.00 to rent the other home because the previous rental money was not refunded (or hit my bank) quick enough to use that day for the other rental.
