Looking for something bigger? Ask us about booking Las Palmas I and II together! The Space: The beautiful 3BR 2.5BA will comfortably fit your family, a girls trip or a friends get away! Las Palmas as a whole is a duplex property. Each unit can be rented individually or together. The front decks connect and they have the option to be open to each other or closed and private. Guest Access: Guest will have each unit to themselves or can book both together. Want to book both properties together? Reach out to us directly for a discount. Other Things to Note: \- There is a charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided \-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Please note - Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check-out time will be charged the additional fee. We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system AND a water softener/treatment system on this property, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.
