NOTE: Seven Seas Grocery is about 10 -15 min away; however, we do suggest, given this is on an island, you purchase your groceries ahead of time or at least plan to make a bit of a drive for most extensive purchases. Soo close to the beach which was amazing when you have little ones . Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors was friendly. It was nice to relax on the almost secluded beach .
