Spend sunny days at the beach, just a minute\`s drive away, and unwind in the evenings under the stars on the deck. Fisherman\`s Horizon is the quintessential casual coastal retreat. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: Surfside Beach, Texas ● Beach Access: 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the Yucca Ave Public Beach Access! ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees.
