Unwind on the front or back porch, perfect for sipping morning coffee, birdwatching over the bay or watching the sunset over the bay. Catch the sunrise over the ocean. With beach access just a two-minute stroll away, and multiple restaurants a short drive away for dining options, our townhome is the ideal blend of convenience and serenity. Have a larger group? Ask us about booking two townhomes at once! The Space: This is a brand new town home completed in late 2023\. This coastal gem has an open floor plan and is a very bright and inviting space. There is a Smart TV in the living room and two of the bedrooms for you to login into your streaming apps. Retreat to the deck to watch the sunrise or enjoy yourself during golden hour. This home is great for a family vacation. BEACH: The beach access is located right across the street on West Palm Road, there is a public walk over. You can access by walking (2 minutes), biking, golf-cart, or your vehicle as you are allowed to drive on the beach. BIRD WATCHING: The bird watching at this property is amazing. You can see hundreds of species flock to the bay in the early morning and throughout the day on the bay. SUNSET: The sunsets behind the townhome over the bay. Enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck and watch the sun drift away. Guest Access: Guests will have the whole townhome to themselves. Other Things to Note: \- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free but we will not issue full refunds. \- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them. \- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose. \- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided. \-There is a pack n play and highchair available for use during your stay \-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Please note - Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check out time will be charged the additional fee. We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system AND a water softener/treatment system on this property, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice. Interaction with Guests: This property is self check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. While we usually visit Surfside Beach once a year, this trip was a last-minute plan, and options were limited. Despite not being oceanfront, Casa Azul was a fantastic find! The property offers beautiful views in both directions—ocean views from the front and bay views from the back. The decks on both sides of the house were perfect for enjoying those sights. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a quiet, peaceful atmosphere even with neighbors nearby. We didn’t hear a thing during our entire stay! Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it appeared to be well-stocked with everything you’d need. There were also plenty of towels and thoughtful touches like beach toys for the kids, which was a big plus. The host was friendly, super responsive, and answered any questions we had quickly. Overall, Casa Azul exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in Surfside Beach. We’ll definitely consider staying here again for future trips! ##### David F.
