Shaded parking underneath the building. Easy access to local shopping and entertainment. Walk right onto the sand, cruise on a short drive around the island or down scenic Bluewater Hwy or rent a golf cart and take it open-air on the dedicated golf cart path nearby.

Great weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great, it was nice to walk over the bridge right to the beach! The condo was nice, perfect for our small group. Good price for the property.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Spacious and several amenities to help ease having two toddlers. Close to the beach and easy to access. Only things were thing the owner can’t help was the mosquitoes were horrible and the smell of Surfside water. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay!!

This property was recently redone and well kept. It was clean and very well stocked. It was a great fit for our family! We brought our own golf cart and loved that it was close to the beach access for us to be able to take it down to the beach. Will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the beach condo. Quick and easy beach access with multiple balcony to enjoy the views of both the beach and the bay. My family enjoyed the board games provided and found the beds to be comfortable.

Great location and view

Location and view where excellent they had everything you need from towels too all the kitchen needs. The place was very dusty which that has to do with the cleaning crew they may have they need to keep up with that. Overall the place its amazing.

Great stay at #6 Pelican Place

This was a great set-up for our family of 6. We had plenty of room and were able to walk right out our door and straight to the beach every day. Great place for beach view and getting to the beach quickly.

Wonderful Spring Break Vacation

The location was perfect for our family as it was right on the beach. We loved the easy access to and from the beach from the condo. The condo itself was well maintained, clean, and easily accommodated our family of 5. The kids loved the bunk beds as they were a great size (I think they were full over full size beds). Thank you for a wonderful time during our spring break vacation!
