If you are looking for your dream vacation? Well, this is not you average beach house! With the perfect mix of coastal, modern farmhouse, we’ve created an oasis that will inspire relaxation, rejuvenation, and restoration for the entire family.

With 5,000sf, 8 luxurious bedrooms, including two grand and elegant master suites, plus 5 more stunning bedrooms set up to sleep families of 5 in each and 1 bunk room set up to sleep 6.

We also have 6 grand, full bathrooms, and an incredibly large open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. A gorgeous, spacious kitchen including double islands, double sinks, double ovens, and double refrigerators for double the fun. Quarts countertops and two coffee bars for your one of a kind beach experience.

Also, the fun doesn’t stop there, we have created a perfect outdoor kitchen space that will make gatherings unforgettable. Plus 3 incredibly spacious decks with outdoor furniture for indoor, outdoor living.

Plus, one of our favorite features is our one-of-a-kind bay room, where you and your loved ones can sit, enjoy coffee, or your favorite drink and watch the sunset! We specifically designed this with you in mind, knowing that these incredible views will assist in making your vacation unbelievable.

We also have a new walkover from the house straight to the beach. And the house is within walking distant to our private fishing pier exclusive to seahorse estates homes. The fishing pier is across the street, where you and your family can create incredible memories, catching fish and crabs. Plus you can enjoy kayaking in the bay. ( kayaks not provided.)

Also we are only a 40 minute drive to Galveston strand, the board walk, the famous Pleasure Pier, and an incredible restaurant scene, theaters, and even Moody Gardens and Galveston’s own Schlitterbahn.

Beautiful house. Loved the large kitchen, 2 large tables with 10 seats each, bathtubs and showers in every bathroom, large family space with huge comfortable couch. Nice porches with comfortable seating.

Incredible Host with Convenient Beach Access

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Todd was incredibly responsive, attentive, and hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. The house itself was stunning, well-maintained, and equipped with a fully stocked kitchen that easily accommodated our group. There is a pier located at the back of the house, which made getting to the beach easy and convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We loved our stay here. 12 of us gathered for a family reunion and it was the perfect set up. Each room is comfortably appointed and plenty of space to lounge together on the couch or play games at the tables. Lots of chairs on the porch to visit or watch the waves too. The beach access is close, though a short walk to the walkway from the house is required. It was a wonderful stay for us!!

Perfect size for large group

We had a group of 15 adults and two infants. This property was perfect for our size. The double island in the kitchen was perfect for food prep and serving plus multiple sinks were great for clean up. Todd was a great host and flexible with our arrival timing which was super helpful. Beach access was convenient and clean. Would definitely stay again if needing to fit a large group.

Best home by the beach!!

Everything about this home was just incredible. From the hosts responsiveness, to how absolutely gorgeous the house was. It was even more spacious and more beautiful than the photos show. We had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The beach views were amazing, patios were super spacious, and beach access was easy. So glad we went with this home for our weekend getaway! Highly recommend for your large group trip down to the beach!

Fantastic home!

This property was just as it was described and more! Clean, plenty of room for 21 of us. It has a great location to the beach and the fishing pier was used on numerous occasions. The deck areas are huge, allowing all of us to hang out. We could not have asked for more to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with kids, grand-kids and great-grand-kids! We highly recommend this property for your next large gathering.

Great for Family Gathering

This was an excellent place for our family to gather. With eight separate bedrooms and some extra sleeping bunks for the younger crowd we had plenty of space. The Kitchen and Dining area is tremendous with a large refrigerator and freezer so that we could stock up and minimize any trips to town. The decks overlooking the beach were great for those that didn't want or couldn't make it down to the water. The availability of two washer/dryers was appreciated by those doing laundry. Our family would certainly stay there again!!

Golden Wedding Anniversary

Family members (29) gathered to celebrate our 50th! Everyone had a great time. There was a room for each family group. We played and swam at the beach, ate, played games, talked, and laughed for five days. Fantastic week! Large kitchen made meal prep easy. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone. Additional details about items provided by the host would have helped with our planning.

Amazing spacious beach home

This property is super spacious and great location away from your typical Galveston destination spot. Very family friendly location with close beach access. First, the host,Todd is very communicative and responsive to questions and needs. The house is beautiful and modernly built. There is a huge double for frig for plenty of food to be stored and a separate freezer as well. There is no ice maker like others have said but there are bins in freezer to store bought ice which is very helpful. All the rooms are spacious and plenty of beds for family gatherings. The living area is large for socializing and quick access to the balcony provides additional space for socializing. The beach view from the living and balcony is a great plus as well because you can see the sunrise. House also has a RO water filter at one of the sinks so you can drink from that faucet. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great large group stay!

So many things to love about this property: -huge open floor plan for our large family and the great snuggling couch! Plenty of fridge/freezer space, massive easy to cook in kitchen! -view from the porch of the ocean was so nice and relaxing, very short walk to the beach (go down three houses and take a path to beach) or a 3 min drive. -Beach itself was remote enough that it wasnt crowded, even on mothers day weekend! -pier across the street was a nice place to explore--BEWARE-mosquitos were insane. Bring bug spray!! -beds and bedding were comfortable. A few improvements/things to be aware of: -check in is very late, (5pm). Requested an early check in of 3, was accommodated but cleaning crew was still there at almost 4 so had to wait around a while. -thermostat can only be controlled by owner/property manager. WHile I understand this as a home owner, it can get very hot and you dont want guests to crank it down and freeze out the unit, as a guest, it was awkward to ask him to turn it colder, and then it would go back to 74 and I would have to ask him again to make it colder. Especially at night when we want to go to bed in a cool house. Didn't love that part, but I can understand why they do it. BBQ grill was not usable. It was very dirty and there were no cleaning tools so our plan to BBQ didnt work All in all would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and view within 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Very spacious, light and bright. The back deck is huge and a gorgeous place to watch the sunset. Our family did have a great time as we always do when together. However, we had several issues that made things pretty inconvenient. - in order to make any adjustments to the air conditioning system, you have to text the owner -Broken bed. My brother and his wife had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. The owner did make this right with my brother with a personal transaction between the two. - There is no icemaker available so had to go get ice as we were not aware of this. - There is no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, so had to go get this as well - The lights come on automatically outside at night, which are very bright in the bedrooms and this issue was never completely resolved although the owner did Manage to have someone come over and get some of them off. Makes for some poor sleeping. - The breaker tripped twice. Even though we had nothing extra plugged in except a coffee maker that We needed to bring because of our large group and the provided Keurig was not enough. Breaker labels were not accurate. - Broken toilet paper towel holder in the shared bathroom - the house cleaner was still cleaning an hour plus after we got there at 5pm - The faucet water was a slight yellow color. We did buy bottled water, as we heard the local area has some brackish water issues

This was our second year to rent this house for Thanksgiving and it did not disappoint. With 2 sinks, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, and a huge stand alone freezer our dinners were amazing. Something new this year was the walkway to the beach. Thank you Todd! We all spent a lot of time on the beach or fishing at the pier.
