Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four stayed here last week. It was the perfect location between the beaches and our son in Freeport. The pictures are accurate, place is very clean, comfortable and adequately stocked. The front porch is a peaceful place for morning coffee and the fire pit out back adds a great nighttime dimension.We became fans of Grayton Beach area and went to the state park nearby (which btw is free entry this year until Labor Day). Grab any last minute Beach snack / drinks at the Cumberland farms on the way and hit the amazing Farm and Fire restaurant on the way back! The bonus was excellence communication with Carolyn from the magnet company. We were able to extend on the fly when our subsequent plans fell through. Thanks!! ##### Kathleen B.
