I didn't realize that all the bedrooms were either upstairs or downstairs. So if someone has stairs this isn't for you . It worked out well for us. It was such a great location that the grandkids, ages 4,6,9 were able to play outside unsupervised. They loved the deer each morning and the wooded area behind the house.
