Glitter and Grit! The Wild West 40 Homestead

Enjoy the country in a nice glitzy & rustic cabin. Private bedroom with queen bed, and a cozy loft with 2 single beds.( ladder limit of 200 lbs, and loft requires moving around on hands and knees) TV in the bedroom, loft & living area. You can relax after your daily adventures. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking.
Horses, cows, chickens, Goats.
15 miles from the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. In between Zions, The Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and St George.

The space

Glitter and Grit has all the comforts of home and is located on 40 acres and is a perfect tiny home to enjoy out in the country. Plenty of space to park. If you are traveling in a group we have 7 other tiny homes down the Lane. We are not located in Fredonia, but in CaneBeds.

We are a cattle family who homesteaded the Arizona Strip. Our place has horses, cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, goats and cattle. We are completely off the grid. Our water is off a well and our electricity is solar. The rooster crows in the morning. The water can sometimes have a unique odor but is clean and safe and we provide free water bottles. We don’t see them often but there are snakes (mostly blow snakes but rattle snakes are native, scorpions (non poisonous) coyotes and other critters from time to time .

If you like petting and feeding the ranch animals, please feel free to offer a hand.
We are 5,000 feet in elevation and experience all seasons. We are 15 minutes away from the coral pink san dunes.

This place is such a hidden gem. The setting is breathtaking. Staying in the cabin, sitting by the log fire, watching the sun going down was truly magical. The cabin is comfy and has everything we needed for our stay. The farm animals, and the super cute friendly cats were an added bonus. We loved every minute of our stay here.
