Nestled in a secluded 12-acre property just outside downtown Fredericksburg, this tiny house offers the perfect blend of nature and luxury. Unwind on the rooftop deck surrounded by custom cable railings and soft LED lights or enjoy a hot shower with endless water. With a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and comfortable queen-size bed with Chime mattress, you'll feel right at home.

### Tiny Shipping Container Home | The Saguaro
Summary:
This tiny house has all the amenities of an upscale hotel room yet with unique and exquisite design and decor. A queen size bed with a super-comfy Chime mattress will help you fall asleep fast. A full size shower and bathroom is snuggled into the back of the unit and has endless hot water! For your morning coffee a Keurig and K-cups are provided along with a microwave for heating up your popcorn in the evening. Climb up to the rooftop deck for stargazing or your morning coffee.
The Space:
This unique home started as a 20' shipping container. Our build company, CargoHome, insulates and panels the interior in pine shiplap. The outside is clad with cedar siding, spaced to allow the original container to still be seen. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. LED lights inside and a super-quiet, efficient mini-split AC unit makes this a comfortable, energy efficient space.

Nestled in nature this home sits on a beautiful 12 acre piece of private property just 6 minutes outside of downtown Fredericksburg!

This property was beautiful, not too far from town yet still peaceful and quiet which allowed us to enjoy quiet evenings on the patio/roof. The rooms where clean and cute. I would definitely stay here again!
