Summary: Stay inside the Fredericksburg Downtown Historic District at our romantic, rustic 1BR/1.5Ba getaway with a private porch and hot tub! Located at 104 E Schubert Street, you will be only one block from the MarktPlatz and 2 blocks from central Main Street. Guest feedback warranted a newly updated shower so now our taller guests can enjoy a full newly remodeled shower! Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation! Managed by Heavenly Hosts The Space: Newly renovated and decorated cozy guest house with a hot tub! \- 1 king bed in the bedroom upstairs and a sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs \- 1 full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs \- Full kitchen with Keurig drip coffee maker (no dishwasher) \- Smart TV with streaming services (you are allowed to log into your own accounts) \*no cable \- Private hot tub! (Note: Hot tub unavailable and pending repairs.
