We ended up being in two units because the A/C in the first did not work. We were offered another unit which we appreciated. However, the A/C in the second unit was extremely noisy all night. Both units were convenient and we appreciated the "tiny home" concept. However, it took a really long time to get responses from the host to our need for A/C. And then we kept getting automated texts/emails which were irrelevant to our situation. We walked to the office to try to talk to an actual person but no one was there even though they advertise "on site" host help. Both units were very clean.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointed with property management. Issues included:-No AC in the initial unit-Response time while trying to identify on another unit was horrible. -They offered units that wouldn’t accommodate us. -After settling on a unit. *The location was worse (view was septic system lights and dirt). *Had to wait 30 minutes for message to get code to get in the door. *No currants in the loaf area for my guest*Next other furniture (side table) in loaf*No mattress cover on main bed*Large refrigerator (that was advertised) did not work. Not even a plug to plug it in. *Small refrigerator was next to big one BUT it did not have a freezer as the maintenance staff kept saying. (Next day it was updated to a small frig/freezer)*Shower handle came off so no showers until maintenance came to repair which was 2.5 hr wait. *No maintenance staff on location.
