The Helix Haus is a beautiful, chic private house perfect for rest, relaxation and fun in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg just 0.7 mile off main street. This home is complete with beautifully decorated interior, fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, gas fire place, vanity room with makeup mirrors, hot tub, grill, fabulous indoor/outdoor game room, fire pit, Wifi, and 70in TV with cable. This impeccable home has everything you would need for the perfect stay to make wonderful memories with your family and friends! Pour yourself a glass of wine and stay awhile. We have special rates for extended stays! The most common thing we hear after a guest’s stay is they wish they stayed longer! The Helix Haus is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house which comfortably sleeps 10 people. This home includes a beautiful kitchen, stocked with pots/pans, dishware, cooking items and place settings for 12 people. Coffee bar includes a Keurig Coffee Maker with some K-cups (but also please bring your own to use and share), 12 cup traditional coffee maker with bean grinder, tea and hot cocoa. The pull-up bar seats 4 and the eat-in chic farmhouse style kitchen seats 10. Main Gathering Room: \- Large sectional couch, perfect to gather around. We seriously get SO many compliments on this couch! \- 70 inch TV with Cable Bedroom #1 includes a king bed with adjoining full bathroom to Bedroom #2 which includes two queen beds with vanity makeup mirrors and a Ring Light, perfect to Tik Tok or Reel to your hearts content. Bedroom #3 includes a king bed and Bedroom #4 includes a queen bed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located next to bedrooms #3 and #4\. All bedrooms have luxury memory foam mattresses, hotel collection pillows and fine linens. We had a total of 9 people and two of those were kids, ages 3 and 8\. The playroom in the garage kept us all entertained for hours. The kitchen is big and accommodated everyone without feeling cramped. The couch in the living room was so comfortable. The outside space was very inviting and cozy. We would definitely return and will recommend to other people. The living room & kitchen pictures don't do the listing justice. It is far larger than it looks! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all our guests. We also liked that there were two refrigerators. I was concerned two bathrooms was not going to be enough, but it worked out just fine. ##### Taylor K. Great layout with 4 large bedrooms one of which has two queen beds. Finding a property where each adult has their own bed can be challenging but Helix Haus was perfect. Great location close to Main Street so a few minutes to restaurants like Hill and Vine and Eaker BBQ while being on a quiet and comfortable street. The house is very comfortable and easy to settle into for a few days. A lot of chill time around the kitchen table was had! Would 100% stay again! ##### Emily K. It was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. There was an issue w/ trash not having been taken out but contacted manager and it was addressed promptly. The entire house is wired w/ speakers so it was nice to have music all around. The garage gameroom is very neat but the hockey table barely blew air so we coudln't really play. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and would stay here again. ##### Monica U. Also the bedroom layout with two on each side and a bath is a great set up for large numbers. The kitchen is roomy and there is a nice big table for games. We did encounter:fireplace did not work - Big deal for us in the winter and a reason we chose this house. Ice maker did not work Theres no heat (it was very cold) in the separate gameroom nor any air for summer. So this was unusableHot tub did not heat past 99 even though it is suppose to go higherNo hot water in one of the baths sink onlyNot enough towels for 7 grown women for 4 days. Not enough seating in family room for 7 adults. House holds 10 need to add some chairs. This would be the perfect house if issues are addressed.All of us who stayed here wanted to write a review.
