Cozy Bungalow, rustic and elegant, located just a few blocks from downtown. In this one bedroom studio bungalow, (with pullout twin sofa sleeper) you will find luxury linens, electric fireplace, large flat screen TV, cable, WiFi, kitchen (which includes a Continental type breakfast - with cereals, milk, juice, English muffins, etc.) washer and dryer, and multiple sitting areas-both inside and outside. Kerrville is a great base for motorcyclists, bicyclists and old car enthusiast - Texas Highway 39 hugs the Upper Guadalupe River, we are not actually on TX 39 BUT can serve as a great staging point for the rest of the Hill Country, no matter which direction you choose to go! We are close to Bandera, Leaky, Lost Maples State Park, Medina, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Sisterdale, Boerne, the 'Three Twisted Sisters', etc.. You could even go on a day tour of the nearby wineries, breweries and distilleries - if you like, a limo will pick you up And drop you off right at our door! Wow. Where do I start? My husband and I rode our motorcycle from Houston, a 4.5hr ride to Kerrville on Labor Day weekend. Miss Clair communicated with us before arrival and let us check in SUPER early. She gave us a tour of her place and omg it's even more beautiful in person. She has thought of everything! She had fresh fruit out for us, snacks, starbucks drinks in the fridge, milk, ice cream, cereal, literally everything. For people who ride motorcycles, you know what a big deal this is. We are light packers and being able to just show up here and not have to leave to bring back groceries is fantastic. It's a pain to have to leave and pack food in the saddle bags and she made our trip extremely easy! She even gave us the option of a late check out, which is really unheard of. Her place was close to everything. Breweries, museums, restaurants, bars, etc. This place is a literal dream for motorcycle riders! From the moment we walked in, our expectations were exceeded. The bungalow was super cute and cozy. It was also the most well-stocked VRBO we had ever been to--the host provided lots of food and snacks. Even with 100 degree temperatures outside, the A/C was very cold. We loved everything so much that we never left for the four days we were there. HIGHLY recommend. ##### Bradley P. Clair went out of her way to greet us on Thanksgiving night, and even welcomed us with a warm hug! We felt right at home. These 2 ladies have thought of EVERYTHING! If you forgot it, they have it provided for you. They provided you with a sweet treat for breakfast and I was delighted to find FRESH, yes FRESH eggs in the refrigerator! Whenever we are back in the hill country we will be back to stay in the bungalow. The pictures truly do not do this beautiful place justice!
