  • The Bird Haus is a family owned and operated studio vacation rental cottage in Fredericksburg, TX, nestled a mile from the hustle and bustle of Main Street. It has been operating for over twenty years. The majority of our guests are couples looking to enjoy a cozy retreat.

    Studio: A comfortable king bed with a sitting area and snack bar is the perfect place to tuck away after touring all that Fredericksburg has to offer.

    Master Bath: Take the time to draw a bath in the large jacuzzi tub that has plenty of room for two. Bath and toiletries are supplied for a relaxing evening.

    We pride ourselves on our ability to cater to our guests!

    We've got free wi-fi and parking for your convenience and provide all the linens, bath items, and snacks to accommodate your stay. Please let us know if you're celebrating a special occasion!

An excellent spot that definitely earned its name as the bird haus! Snug, clean, cozy, and calm. The birds singing in the morning are probably on payroll with how aptly they performed for the namesake location. The host was so kind and thoughtful, specializing the place for the occasion of our stay. It was truly a wonderful experience!

Cute and clean. Very close to Main Street in Fredricksburg. Easy check in process. Note that it does sit close to a busy road, so if you're looking for Hill Country quiet, it might not be your place. Other than that, it was convenient and cute.

Lovely Little Cottage

It was perfect for what we were wanting! A cute little place, lovely area, nice and close to the shops on Main, and it had a nice little swing outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. Would definitely stay there again!

Great host, great bungalow!

Property was just as expected. Listing accurate, host excellent and tub was divine. We wanted to take the bed home it was so comfortable! Will definitely stay again.
