The size was perfect for just the two of us. Everything was perfect. We loved staying here and will absolutely be back. There was nightlife that we could see and close enough to walk, but no so close it made sleep difficult. There was even small deer outside in the morning. We had a little trouble finding the entrance as some of the buildings are under construction. However, it was totally worth it. Thanks for letting us stay here and we look forward to booking with you in the future. ##### Jandi T. The location and property is nice/ close in an easily walkable downtown. However- the bar in close proximity played super. LOUD music 8:30- 11:30 past the noise ordinance as stated on the wall of the casita. Not good. In addition the device they controls the ac and heat is not easy to operate. The location was great with easy walking distance to the majority of downtown Fredericksburg. The cottage seemed very new and everything was in working condition. The bed and linens were comfortable and the shower was fine. One comment is if you are a light sleeper and go to bed early on a weekend night there was a fair amount of noise from a neighboring bar until 11 or 12\. It did not bother us but I could see someone having a problem with it. I would describe it as loud enough that I kne what song was playing, but not so loud as to impact a conversation in the cabin. ##### dan c. The lighting was poor. The chandeliers had bulbs but didn’t work and were too high to be reached. The television had no live tv and would not accept casting from our devices.
