Charming Cottage Getaway

Rest Haus is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. They provided everything we needed for our stay and came right away when we had a problem with one of the toilets. It's in a quiet neighborhood near main street and I would recommend Rest Haus.

Cute and perfect location

Rest Haus if in a quiet area and centrally located in town. The house has great space for hanging out with friends and ample space for sleeping. The backyard was cute and cozy for hanging out on the occasional cool evening in Texas. We cant wait to stay here again!

This house is everything you would want and need in vacation rental. There were only 4 of us and we had more the enough room. The house is charming as is the quiet neighborhood it is located in. Also the house is very conveniently located to shopping and dining. We had very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Perfect spot for family

We have been to Fredericksburg often, but this was our first stay at a VRBO and are happy with our choice to house all our family in one place. The house was supplied even better than we expected--lots of towels and coffee. Most cooking utensils were provided. The property is on a quiet street, and some in our group enjoyed the hot tub in addition to the other attractions in Fredericksburg.

Laid-back stay with great location

Loved the location with easy access to downtown. Close to great restaurants. Overall the house could use a few updates but ultimately nothing to complain about! The "warnings" for not just quiet hours outside, but saying to go inside after 10pm were a bit much. But i guess i can understand the need.

Lovely, cozy, close to Main St

Went for my sister's bachelorette weekend. We had a blast! 8 adult women stayed there very comfortably. The home/kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub too! We were able to walk to Main St very easily and enjoyed the cute home and neighborhood very much! Would definitely recommend!

Issues

This house is so cute and very clean. The owner needs to address the severe foundation problems. So many places in the floor have the appearance that you might fall through. Plus the master door drags across the floor and the front bedroom door doesnt close all the way. This house is way too cute to let deteriorate.
