Perfect size. Perfect weekend.

Great space for our first trip to Fredericksburg. Perfect for two people. Very comfortable bed, nice, quiet neighborhood and close to everything for both downtown and wine country.

Perfect Hideaway

Cute little house with everything you need and your own very clean hot tub. We loved our stay here. Only one thing needed, a new mattress. I will definitely look for this place again when we come back.

So Relaxing!

We loved the property. The house was adorable. Perfect amount of space for my husband and I. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Super close to downtown and just around the corner from a spa. Would definitely stay again!

Wash House - will refresh you when you are tired

We booked the Wash House while visiting friends in the area. I cannot say enough about our hosts (Dwight & Stephanie) and our visit to the Wash House. There are a lot of places to stay but this quaint and beautiful property was relaxing… if you need more room they have a two bedroom/two bath Craftsman in front. Thank you both so much! I came home refreshed and washed all the worries of work away this weekend!

Amazing Anniversary getaway!

This place was PERFECT! Close to everything, clean , quaint, and the hot tub was awesome! Would 100% recommend, in fact I have recommended it for 2 other couples already and they have looked into it.

Anniversary weekend

We had a great time and this cozy property was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Only very minor issue was the lock on the door was difficult to lock and unlock but would not keep me from staying here again as everything else about the property was wonderful!
