Comfortable King size beds welcome you in each bedroom along with your own en-suite bath. In the master bath you will find a lovely jetted tub perfect to relax, unwind and soak in style, the second bath has a large walk in shower to enjoy. The piece de resistance is the glorious swimming pool/ hot tub and outdoor kitchen dining area that guests will have access to. A home away from home!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Beautiful hideaway

Very spacious and lovely 2 large bedroom accommodation! Great pool and backyard oasis. Owners very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect Getaway

Decided last minute to get out of town. It was meant to be. Pecan Street Villa was excellent. Owners are on site but you are private. Beautiful setting, the accommodations were excellent....beautifully decorated. We walked, biked, shopped, ate at our favorites. Cleared our minds and had a wonderful anniversary! Thank you

Staying in Garage Apartment

The listing is deceiving, this is a garage apartment and owners live on property. During our stay, the owners had a party and the property owners/ management company failed to share this information with us ahead of time. The stay was awkward as we felt watched the entire time we were out in the patio. The apartment was clean though. FYI - there is an extra cost for heating the entire pool.

This was probably my favorite rental! It is perfect for a girls weekend or couples. The upstairs apartment is cozy and the backyard with pool/spa is perfect! 10 out of 10 and will definitely return again!

Perfect girls weekend getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for us! We enjoyed every moment! The pool, the beds, the showers, the atmosphere, the location - I could go on and on! We felt very welcomed by our hosts. They were very respectful of our privacy, any time we were out in the pool they made sure to close the blinds or move to another room. They were so kind to work with. We will definitely be back!

The property was great! Somewhere in the reservation process it was not clear that we would have up to 4 people each night at the house, could have been my that I failed to make that clear when we reserved the property. Needless to say, we felt "watched" through windows the entire time we were there. Our kids did end up having to stay with us unexpectedly due to other circumstances, and I did not mind paying the extra charge. It was just an awkward experience.

When we arrived received code to enter property it was above the garage and the property owners would be on premises Privacy is privacy just because you won’t be outside when I am doesn’t make it private. Waste of time and money. We did not stay due to. Went and rented a hotel instead. This was not in the description of property when we looked to rent. Did not get any of our money back, when I complained about it Oh we are very sorry you are unhappy Well if you sell lies that’s what you get is unhappy people.
