Located just outside of town, the tranquil country setting and surrounding acreage provide the full farmhouse experience, complete with nearby grazing livestock. Amenities of the home include a full kitchen, king beds, washer/dryer exclusively for guest use, an outdoor fire-pit & charcoal grill, large outdoor space with plenty of free private parking, and more! Inside the home you'll find a full kitchen and dining room, complete with everything you need to accommodate the whole family. In addition to the spacious living room, there is also a game room with a flatscreen TV, perfect for game night or football season get-togethers! The outdoor space is plentiful, with the house surrounded by open acreage, there will be plenty of peace and quiet to enjoy the outdoor fire-pit! We didn't need to be within walking distance to town, and this proximity was in convenient driving distance to the wineries, downtown, and even Luckenbach. My grandmother (88) was with us and loved meeting the owner and picking fresh tomatoes. We also loved the charm and history of the house.
