Me and my friends went to celebrate my best friend who is getting married. Location was great literally about three minutes from Main Street, house was great and the hot tub was even better. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re out in Fredericksburg.

We absolutely loved this house! Super cute and clean. We loved that we were only 5 minutes away from downtown. And wineries are all within 5-10 minutes away. We absolutely loved the back yard! We will for sure come back and stay in this house! The host was amazing!

We had the best girls’ weekend at The Cozy Core! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well stocked. The host went above and beyond — leaving us wine, water, candy, a fully stocked coffee bar, plenty of fresh towels, and thoughtful bathroom amenities.
