It offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two ensuite Master bedrooms, making it perfect for a family retreat or weekend getaway with friends. The home features soaring ceilings, an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, and is filled with natural light, creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. The Space: The living area is furnished with a large sectional couch and a recliner, providing ample space for conversations and relaxation. The dining area boasts a long table that can comfortably seat 8-10 people, making it ideal for shared meals. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with new, comfortable beds, ample storage space, convenient lamps with USB outlets, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. Indoors, you can enjoy listening to music on the record player, watching your favorite game on the large screen TV, or engaging in some friendly competition with the well-stocked game shelf. Outdoors, you can relax on the porch swing under the large covered patio, sip your morning coffee in the rocking chairs, or cook a delicious meal on the large propane grill and enjoy outdoor dining at the picnic table. Everything was as described and shown in photos. The house is convenient to getting into town and is perfect for hanging out with a group. My wife and I, along with 2 other couples, stayed at Rae's Retreat, with 2 of the couples celebrating wedding anniversaries. I had asked the host to have a bouquet of flowers in each master suite and they were able to accommodate. The home was spacious and having 2 separate master ensuites was a plus. The large living area was perfect for hanging out in the evenings, and the backyard firepit and bocce ball court was also a popular wine-drinking hang out spot. We stayed in for breakfast on 2 mornings and the well-equipped kitchen provided everything that we needed. The home was located a short 2 minute drive to main street, so the location was ideal. ##### Jeff M. Lovely common area yet we each had our own bedroom for a bit of privacy at the end of the day. We didn't utilize it, but the back yard was really nice. We had a small issue w/ hot water heater & thermostat. Thermostat was fixed immediately remotely and hot water fixed the next morning. The lemon cake awaiting our arrival was such a delicious surprise! We would definitely rent this house again. So very close to all the shopping and dining. ##### Peggy R. We took our Mother on a surprise weekend to Fredericksburg to celebrate her birthday. We loved the house. We each had our own bedroom and the layout of two in either side of the living area was very convenient. The electric fireplace and large comfortable couch were a very nice touch. Cozi management company was exceptional. They left a welcome note and birthday wishes with a cake. They were available via text and were super helpful. The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will definitely return. It was a bit cold for outdoors on this trip but really like the backyard. The Cozi team was so gracious and instantly available for any questions. Highly recommend this property. ##### Teri S.
