LOCATION - 2.5 miles north of Main Street
HOST - No host on property. There are 3 private Casitas. Rent La Casa & 3 Casitas to sleep up to 22 people.
SLEEPS - Up to 4 people; 2 king bedrooms
BATH - 1.5 baths; full bath has a walk-in shower
KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen with a regular coffeemaker
BREAKFAST - No breakfast; coffee and tea are provided
AMENITIES - Smart TVs with ROKU (65” living area & 50” in each bedroom), WiFi, private fenced backyard with hot tub, firepit & café lights, front porch with Adirondack chairs
PETS- YES
INFANT AND CHILDREN- YES
SMOKING- OUTSIDE ONLY
WIFI- YES
The home is pet friendly and will accept up to 2 dogs but there is a pet fee of $38/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.
There are four structures on the property (your accommodation, two casitas, and one large casa). Your accommodation is approximately 15 feet away from the two casitas and 140 feet away from the casa.
Please be aware that the home's television only includes free channels offered through Roku. As a result, if you want to watch live television or a program from a subscription service, you will need to bring your own log in information from home with you.
Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.
