Fredericksburg Getaway

This property was excellent! It was bright, clean and full of amenities. We enjoyed the location, hot tub and pool table. It was the perfect place for a couples weekend away.

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It's as ample space to host family meeting up for a 40th celebration. It was cozy and spacious at the same time! The check in and out was seamless.

So many amenities (even had nite lights), great location for intown and going out of town for surrounding area. Pool table and Connect 4 were great evening activities.

Perfect home!

Everything about this home was perfect! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the space was spotless, and everything was easy to find and well-organized. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and made for a relaxing stay. Before arriving, I had asked if there were any full-length mirrors, and the host kindly let me know there weren't—but to our surprise, they had added one to each room before we checked in! Such a thoughtful gesture that really went above and beyond. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Loved this spot

Three beds, 2 baths, hot tub, bonus game room, comfy couch, large TV…. This home was perfect for our girls weekend. While it's not walking distance to Main Street- it's close and the neighborhood is quiet and a good area to walk off all the food you just ate plus the wine you just drank. This company has a great crew of people on hand ready to answer questions like “how do I turn the TV on?” to “I think we need more batteries for the tv remote” then they bring you new batteries! Truly a great spot to hang out. You will enjoy this space- go ahead and book it!

House was adequate for what we needed, definitely have some suggestions for the host to make it better. Only thing really needed was a clean hot tub, text the host but no response.

Good spot

The space was clean and had plenty of room for my family of 3 and another family of 3. There was a third bedroom but it also has the door to the outside. The location was great, just about 2 minutes from the main street. My only wish was that there was a grill on the property.

Spacious house with plenty of amenities and close to main street. Lived the pool table and the connect 4 when we were the. Great water pressure in the shower. Coffee pods and creamer available. Nice touch.

Family Girls' Trip

Our stay was great- clean and exactly as represented online. Decor & Interiors are current & smartly selected for this type of set up- furniture is comfortable, including the beds! There is a regular coffee maker and a keurig provided for both coffee options. There are a few board games provided and then, of course, the pool table and a Connect 4 for additional entertainment. Water pressure is good for showering. Hot tub is wonderful and neighbors are kind- which was a nice surprise as I'm sure they have had to endure a few loud weekend guests given the courtesy rules posted. Be respectful & follow the rules and you should have a great stay. **Quick tip- if you arrive after dark- have phone flash light handy as porch light is a quick on and off motion sensor- doesn't stay on for more than 30 seconds or so.

June 7th -9th Stay

Hello, Upon our stay here at Huschka House we found the house super cute and decorated nicely. As for the the "clean" part, it was dirty in a few areas. The 3rd room (back room-back door area) that room was filthy! The guest decided to sleep on the couch. The dust, bugs and black stuff all over the white sheets was quite disturbing. I have pictures if needed to be sent for your files and cleaning crew to see. The other 2 rooms were clean with some hairs here and there. We were contacted several times for noise complaints of being outside. My group was never outside in the backyard nor in or around the hot tub area. We never understood why we kept getting complaints of noise when we were in the home the entire night. (kitchen and living room area). Being grown adults over 45 we know how to act and be respectful to others around us, especially neighbors in this area. You services I'll definitely use again, just not this house!

Comfortable and clean

The house is comfortable and clean. One of the bedrooms does not have a ceiling fan, or air vents. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot outside, but I imagine in the summer it could make that room a little warm. But overall the house is great.
