Fully fenced back yard and pet friendly! Fully stocked with most everything you could ever need during your stay. HOUSE RULES We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. 1\. No parties or events allowed. 2\. No smoking allowed inside. 3\. No pets over 50 lbs. allowed. (We apologize for the weight limit. We’re pet people too but want to protect Grandma’s new flooring) 4\. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12\. 5\. No unregistered guests allowed. 7\. Please respect the noise curfew. (The city of Fredericksburg limits loud noises after 10 pm) 8\. Please turn off the AC when you go out. 9\.
