The indoor fireplace is not usable at this time. \*Please note, shooting or hunting is not permitted on the property and the use of four-wheelers on the property is not permitted. Additionally, swimming is prohibited in the creek at all times. Be aware that the creek may flood during heavy rainfall, potentially hindering access to or from the property and swimming is prohibited for safety reasons. Please exercise caution during such weather events. Guest Access: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental. \-For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Everyone had their own room and space! The home was beautiful, spacious, secluded, and peaceful, and it was only 10 minute drive into town. The home was well stocked with anything that you could possibly need while staying there. We enjoyed seeing all kinds of wildlife including many deer each morning and evening and red squirrels scurrying all around. My favorite memory will be of watching my 81 year old mother sitting in the breakfast nook area watching all the different species of birds coming to the bird feeders right outside the massive bay windows! My entire family loved the decor and many art/photograhy pieces throughout the home, making our stay warm and inviting! We would definitely stay there again. My only advice - don't let the driveway scare you because a peaceful, sanctuary awaits you across the creek and up the hill!
