Spread out in this lovely country house close to Main Street in Fredericksburg. This home has 3 large bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, temperature regulated cowboy pool fitting 8 adults comfortably, and a spacious back patio for bbq fun after a day of wine tasting or enjoying the sights of Fredericksburg.

The house is just a short drive into downtown Fredericksburg. Having a car will make things easier but uber does service the area. There is plenty of free parking at the house, some covered and some outdoor under tree cover.
No smoking - indoors or outdoors. Hill Country has a high fire hazard!
Please observe quiet hours. No events or outdoor loud music.
