- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We loved our stay!

The best stay!

Stayed with a few girlfriends, and we all agreed we want to make it an annual stay! The house was located in a great spot, and very comfortable and cute. We used the hot tub both nights and it was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Cute House

We were in town for a basketball tournament for our High school daughters. Wonderful house with comfortable beds and a short drive to Main Street. Easy check in and check out process.

Nice house

The house was perfect for a quick getaway! It was extremely clean with nice decor and great AC in a quiet neighborhood. Also enjoyed the easy “no chores” checkout without a long list of things that had to be done. We'd definitely return!

Quaint

I don't normally like to stay at rental homes but this one was very easy to be comfortable. It was very clean, it was very accommodating, and had a very nice "welcome" vibe. Thank you so much, we plan on coming back.

Fredericksburg getaway

Such a cute cottage on Hackberry. Very quiet neighborhood and just down the street from Main and all the shopping. The cottage is so charming. Lots of thought went into what guests might like to have. The hot tub was spot on, and even though it was hot(July), we still lit a fire in the fire pit. Very clean. Close to all activities. Loved our little getaway

Spring break/Wine break

Cottage is as advertised, cute, clean, very close to Main ST and previous comments are accurate. Toilet still wobbles so I put folded up magazine under it to stop it. Hot tub worked but only went to 97 degrees so got chilly after dark. The solar lights blew over and shined in the bedroom window. Need couple extra blankets and less decorative pillows.Could use some TLC but location and price make it a good place to stay.

Nice place

Everything was very nice, clean & roomy. Not much in the way of kitchen supplies for cooking at home but I got by. The toilet wobbles and really needs to be fixed. Water pressure is low but it's hot and that's what counts! Plenty of towels are a plus, having stayed at other places that don't provide enough. Super comfy bed (firm).

Great anniversary get away.

The decor was awesome. The hot tub was clean but couldn’t get in cause the water was too hot. It’s not walking distance to the main strip. The toilet wobbled. Loved the design of the shower. Loved that both beds were king even though we only used one of the beds. The directions were right on. A few if the walkway lights were broken. The horseshoe game was great.

Great cottage but hot tub does not work

We had a great stay. The place was close to town and clean. However, we paid more to have use of the hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub had leaves and dirt. Someone came out to clean the hot tub on Saturday morning but then it would not turn on. We tried to reset it but were never able to use it. What a bummer and waste of extra money.

We loved our stay!

Great location and great home. Couple of small things we noticed: Glass storm door lock assembly is loose and does not lock. Looks like the screws are loose and handle is about to fall out. Also, the fridge door handle is loose. Screws just need to be tightened. Also, the outside leading from patio to hot tub needs a quick blow off of debris. Cracked shells (which hurt on bare feet) and tree pods/flower pods were all over and slippery . Obviously not done in quite awhile. We could have broomed them off, but could not find a broom. Hot tub actually was 1/2 uncovered and there were a lot of those tree pods in the water. May want to check the filter. Overall, a great experience. Just thought these things needed a bit of attention.

Quint little cottage in a quite street 😍

The cottage is cozy in a super quiet neighborhood and is very well equipped. The private hot tub was already up to temperature when we arrived so that was a HUGE plus after a 5 hour drive. The fire pit is awesome and they even provided wood and wooden skewers for roasting marshmallows!! Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The kitchen has everything you could ever need! The beds were on the firm side so if you like that you'll be thrilled, if not, I suggest bringing a foam topper to put under the sheets.The water pressure in the shower was not the best and made rinsing conditioner out of my hair an event, but I got it done. The is also a floor fan in each bedroom along with a ceiling fan, which was fan-tadtic! The living area is on the smallish side and can't comfortably seat more than three. The only light in the living room is from the ceiling fan which is a bit harsh. I suggest a floor lamp be added. This is a small thing that would really help with ambiance in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay in celebration of our 35th anniversary, thank you!

Quiet Neighborhood near downtown

The Cottage on Hackberry was very comfortable. It was clean, had comfortable beds and a large kitchen. The neighborhood was very quiet and the drive to downtown, for shopping and eating, was short. A very peaceful experience. We were in town for a work conference and the cottage was a lovely place to wind down.

A place to relax

We need some some time to relax, and we did. Nice hot tub, a large tv in the living room and one in each bedroom. The inside of the house is remodeled and very clean. Our 56thanniversary. We visited some of our favorite places.
