The four of us (two couples) loved this house! The split floor plan was great for that. We enjoyed the area, the Pacific War Museum, wineries and breweries. Easy to check in and out.

We were two adult couples that stayed over a weekend. We liked the separation of the bedrooms for privacy and really enjoyed the backyard deck and fire pit. The kitchen was good sized and had everything we needed. The proximity to downtown was also a plus. Would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others.

We celebrated my sister’s 50th birthday with 6 women. This house was a great stay for all 6 and so close to Main Street. For those who love cooking in home away rentals, this place had quality pots. We also loved the outdoor oak tree and space. Host is very responsive.

Great place for Girls Trip!

It was a beautiful house decorated perfectly for our college reunion of five roommates from 40 years ago! Plenty of space inside and outside to talk and catch up with each other and everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfy too. We were a couple of blocks from Main Street and were within 5 minute driving distance of many restaurants

Heritage Haus is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Fredericksburg. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the home is so pretty. We were very comfortable there. Very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and linens are really comfortable. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Amazing Girls Weekend

We had such a nice stay. The home was as cute in person as it is in the pictures. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We did have a small issue but on call staff Ashley responded quickly and fixed the problem and was so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this unit again. Can’t wait until our next stay.

Labor Day Weekend 2024

Stayed here with our niece and family - 4 adults, an 11-year-old, and a 3-year-old and everyone had a great time! Living room accommodated all of us, yard was beautiful, and the kitchen was well equipped (the adults especially appreciated the Keurig and coffee pods!). Communication with owners was excellent as well. Highly recommend this property!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and we were blown away by the house, the location, the communication, the cleanliness and all of the thoughtful details that went into making this our perfect weekend getaway.We loved everything about this house…the way it was set up for us to hang out together and drink wine in the evenings, the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms, and all of the comfort and amenities that went into making this an enjoyable stay and weekend. A great place to stay

This corner-lot home in a beautiful residential neighborhood was perfect for our stay. It's two blocks off Main and a walkable distance to the shops/restaurants. The neighborhood itself is very walkable with many interesting homes. No traffic. The home itself has been completely remodeled. Very tasteful and functional. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, spacious house

What a super place! Nicely decorated and renovated. House is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms that are spaced nicely apart. The master bedroom is set back off the kitchen on opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen and family room area is all one big space-love that we could all hang out together! Bath towels were very plush and bed linens great quality. Kitchen had limited pots/pans but enough for our needs. Plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. The yard was gigantic! Very nice outdoor space with a deck and table/chairs, fire pit and open grass area. House sits on a corner lot. Street was super quiet and little traffic. Driveway is large and wide. It is over a mile walk to the heart of downtown but certainly doable. There are no sidewalks but every street in Fredericksburg is extremely crazily wide. We enjoyed our long weekend and this house was perfect for us. I'd stay here again without hesitation.
