Had just about everything you need to make it a comfy stay. The beds/couches were extremely comfy, soft, and clean, and the bathrooms were also very clean and well stocked. We had a small pet and he enjoyed the yard and quietness of the house. The location is walkable to Main street, but the touristy area is a very long walk so it was much easier to drive there. The neighbors were slightly noisy, but not enough to be an issue and you can't hear them inside the house at all. Also, the back neighbor (not the noisy one) flies a good-sized confederate flag.
