So homey and clean! Many nice touches throughout the house that made it all memorable. Alison thought of everything! Loved the fresh eggs, amazing hand soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms, extra blankets everywhere, and comfortable sitting areas. Perfectly clean, bright and pleasant. I have stayed at many VRBO’s but I have to say Alison was by far the best host. She checked on us several times the first day but was in no way obtrusive. We were a total of 6 ladies and the house had plenty of space for all of us. It also had a very nice backyard patio as well as a fire pit area that unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy. The house is close to downtown and in a nice neighborhood. I plan to definitely come again and hopefully get to enjoy everything this house offers. ##### Elizabeth G. We were not able to check in until after the event was over--a little after 11 pm. However, the check in process was simple and was explained well in text the homeowner sent. Everything was very clean and spacious enough for five adults. We loved the chips and salsa awaiting us! I would highly recommend to anyone. ##### Melody D. The house was beautifully renovated and super clean. Everything was so thought out from the decor to the amenities provided. There were 4 of us staying there and there was plenty of room and sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The outdoor area was also really nice, if the weather was cool we would have taken advantage of the fire pit and comfy seating! The location of the house was also perfect. It was so close to Main Street Fredericksburg, just a quick drive or uber ride away. It was also a great location for all the wineries. We did the 290 Wine Shuttle to the wineries and it was a quick 5 minute uber to get to the pick up/drop off location for that. The host, Alison, was so helpful and great with communication. She provided clear instructions for the check in process, gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and followed up before and after our stay. We were also greeted with a cute message written on the chalkboard in the entry and chips and salsa on the counter. There was a binder that had all the info you could think of from a little blurb about their family, any info about the house and your stay and places to eat and visit in Fredericksburg. You could tell they care a lot about the house and making your stay comfortable and enjoyable! ##### Rachel L. Our hostess was the best and made us feel very welcome! The house had it all.
