They blamed me for arriving early even though Cozi mgmt company offered an early check in. They did send someone to eventually clean it up and service hot tub but it took 2 plus days for the hot tub to warm up enough to use it. Barking dog left outside all night to bark just on the other side of fence next to bedroom windows. No extra toilet paper in either bathroom only partial used rolls. There was a sign in the bathroom saying there was extra in the vanity. Called Cozi to request more since there was no extra as indicated. Was told someone would deliver but by 4:30 pm no one had come and I received a text saying housekeeping had left adequate supplies even though they had not. Over the weekend requested several times for someone to address the hot tub issues but no response just apologetic texts and that their team was working on it. At the end of our stay they required photos of the pool and hot tub even though they were both never used. This was a horrible experience.There had been construction of the pool which we were never told until 2 days before our arrival. Drove to the Cozi office no one was there even though it said they had staff 24/7 called was on hold for 15 min plus until I finally hung up. Will never rent this property again and Cozi Vacation Rental will never get my business either . ##### Ann N.
