Agave Roost is an elegantly appointed two bedroom suite with a wonderful outdoor balcony for guests to enjoy watching the activity of downtown Fredericksburg . The full kitchen is a unique feature for guests who prefer to dine in of an evening, or to gather around the kitchen bar area for pre-dinner cocktails, before heading out to one of the many and diverse restaurants that Fredericksburg offers.

If you are looking for somewhere close to Main St and great restaurants this is the place. A wonderful, affordable place to stay, which is hard to come by in Fredericksburg.

I was super surprised at this property for the price!! IT IS AMAZING!!! It is within walking distance to almost everything Fredericksburg. This will be my go-to from now on when staying there. Restaurants were close enough to walk to, and we literally walked everywhere. The screened-in porch was a nice touch, and you could hear all the evening festivities from there, but it did not hinder when you tried to go to bed at night. Very clean and well kept.

Birthday Getaway

Superb location to Main Street Shopping! Private parking at the apartment made it so convenient! Inside the apartment was very comfortable and cozy. We happened to come during one of the rare artic blasts Texas experiences. They had salted the steps for us and requested we drip the faucets. No problem! We stayed nice and warm! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Pleasant stay close to downtown.

We had a nice time at Agave Roost. The location was wonderful, right next to downtown (particularly the wine bar with singing pianist on the same block!) The apartment was spacious with a nice big open-plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen didn't have much more than the bare essentials in terms of cookware - and you'd need to bring any of the cooking basics with you, or get them from the H.E.B. supermarket five minutes away. There was a big bowl of coffee pods for the Keurig machine. The adjoining courtyard was great to relax and grill in. The beds were very comfortable; the upstairs bedroom had no closet but a sort of laundry cart that could be used for rudimentary clothes storage; neither bedroom had any hangers in them when we arrived but the host did respond very quickly to drop some off for us.

Great location!

The property was just as described. Thank the Lord for great AC working quite well in the unit! We appreciated that after waking in the 103 degree heat! The unit was very clean. The beds were quite comfy. The owner was correct in advising that you need to be ok with climbing stairs. They are quite steep so if you have an elderly family member you may think about renting one of their other units that is ground level. I took my 75 yr old mother with me for her bday weekend. She did ok with the stairs but had to take it slow. This unit was quite comfortable for our stay and we enjoyed ourselves. It’s in great proximity to restaurants and shopping which was great for us. There is private parking under shade that is right by the unit. Highly recommend.

Hi-We finished our 10 night stay at the Agave Roost last Wednesday and enjoyed every night of it!! We love the location and everything about the lodging itself. We have stayed there several times now and it is our favorite place to stay in Fredericksburg. (I should mention that we took advantage of your 10% discount which was a great idea on your part.) We aren't fond of the stairs going up to the Agave Roost, but it is a small price to pay for the great stay. There are two items that you should be aware of-One-the right sink in the bathroom drips water(not a lot but we couldn't get it to stop. Two-the refrigerator didn't seem cold so we turned it up as cold as it would go and put our temperature probes in it. It never got below 48 degrees. That may be OK for a short stay, but for 10 days it was too warm. We ended up using our powered cooler for all the items that we felt would spoil. We are planning another trip to Fredericksburg this fall and will sure try to reserve the Agave Roost again. Thanks for a great stay!!!!

Location was ideal for walking the main strip. There is also a great pizza venue with live music right across the street. The 'Roost' was a great 2nd story perch with a comfy feel of home. Super clean and very well kept. This property is on our 'keepers' list. :)

The Roost was clean and tidy. The only thing I would suggest is getting curtains or drapes. When walking up in the morning upstairs the sun shone brightly in my eyes.

Agave Roost was perfect for a weekend stay! Location is great, and only 1 block from Mainstreet, making it an easy walk everywhere. The unit was super clean, had plenty of towels and necessities. Beds were super comfortable!Air was easily contollable, and the screened in patio was nice!My only complaint was there are only 2 drinking glasses in the whole kitchen....maybe add a couple more would be great!But definitely looking at staying again when we visit Fredericksburg!

We originally were in a cottage that was not cooling well. Absolute Charm sent out a technician within an hour of me calling. We were moved to a unit, Agave Roost, which exceeded our expectations!
