The house smelled "new" upon first entering, there was music playing on the tv's and we felt right at home sitting out on the front porch. The house is very cozy and centrally located. This was our 47th year of our yearly sister get together. This was not our first time to go to Fredericksburg, but our first vrbo. It was everything and more than the review stated. The 4 of us kept saying "I love this house"! It had everything we needed. It was so clean and looked like a new house on the inside. The only problem we had was the parking. It is perfect for smaller cars. We had a truck and it was a little difficult to maneuver the driveway and the large tree. It was no problem after the first day.
