The house was clean & the beds were very comfortable. The location is just off Main but a pretty good walking distance from the main shopping area. It was nice and quiet at night & there was convenient & ample parking in the back of the house. The house had everything we needed for just a couple nites (there were 3 of us), but a dishwasher would be a nice addition. The office communication leading up to our stay was very good. This property is exactly as advertised. The location is great however there is an overpowering odor that permeates the house. The only way to describe it is an overall musty smell in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms and the bathroom has a distinct smell of medications or vitamins. It reminded me of grandma’s house. We had planned on doing some cooking and we definitely could've with all the kitchenware but we ended up just being too tired after tastings so we just grabbed local food down the street. The AC worked great, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Clean house and we really enjoyed the ability to park off the street. Next time we head to Fredericksburg, we're going to check to see if this house is available. For the price, solid deal and checked all the boxes! ##### Robert S.
