This vacation condo is centrally located in Fraser, Colorado with easy access to Winter Park, Granby, and Grand Lake. Enjoy luxury bedding in this comfortable condo that sleeps 10. There is more than enough room for your family to enjoy. You can even bring your 4 legged friend. (One dog only)

Soak in the amazing views of Byers Peak while drinking coffee on the Adirondack ski chairs. The gourmet kitchen has everything that you will need to prepare meals during your stay. If you wish to BBQ, there is a propane grill provided for your use. Finish the day in the private hot tub while you plan tomorrow's adventure.
This 1360 sq. foot townhome features an open-airy floor plan, has an abundance of natural light, and gorgeous panoramic views of Byer's Peak! This property is perfect when shared by larger families. You will have all the comforts of home including high-speed wireless internet, flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, a gas fireplace, radiant floor heating, and a private washer and dryer. There is one unattached garage spot with ample outdoor parking available.
If it’s movie night, enjoy your favorite flick on our flat-screen TV. The living room also features a soundbar that offers great surround sound. The property also features Comcast cable with a variety of channels. If you prefer to stream your content, the TV features apps for you to log in and enjoy.

What to be aware of:

- Only ONE dog is allowed at this property. No biters, no barkers. Dog MUST be crated when left alone. Dog is not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up after their dog, no more than 1 DOG. NO OTHER ANIMALS. $125 dollar non-refundable pet fee will apply. Please notify the manager you are bringing a dog.
- No A/ C due to cool mountain climate, open windows and turn on ceiling fans to get cool.
- Close to train tracks can hear train at times. 
- Must be 25 years old to reserve this property
- No Lyft or Uber due to rural area. 
- HOT TUB: In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.

Perfect!
The property was as described. Great location, not far from the slopes. It was quiet and tranquil. It was very roomy. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. All basic supplies were available- toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergeant, etc. Kitchen was well supplied with all basic cooking utensils and small appliances. We decided last minute to bring our 2 year old grandson and the property managers were so kind to drop off a pack and play for him to sleep in.

We had a great time. Property is beautiful - streets were well maintained under snow and icy conditions. Home is well furnished. Beds super comfy. Only 2 things to pony out. Carpet nails were bad all over. My daughter cut her leg on one while lying on the floor. Kitchen/dining/main room lighting needs to be brightened up. Too dark.

Nice condo with excellent kitchen and living room open concept area. Positives: The kitchen easily accommodated multiple cooks! Very well stocked kitchen with tools and appliances! Views were nice. Comfortable beds in the real bedrooms. Being on the top floor of building. Nice long dining room table and plenty of couch space in living room for watching the world cup and socializing. Negatives: Decks are very small. Hot tub is on landing not really a deck. So called bonus bunk room is not a legal bedroom. Basically a walk in closet with a bunk bed. No ventilation. We ended up having to put someone on the living room couch instead. Probably fine for little kids. Positives made up for the negatives we loved the location and common spaces!

We just loved this spot. It was perfectly located to some great restaurants and breweries as well as skiing at Winter Park. Our family had a wonderful time, we will definitely come again! This unit was beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything one might need. Excellent quick communication and very helpful check-in and out instructions. Amazing views from the balcony and hot tub!

Great location
This condo was very nicely appointed with beautiful views. It was perfectly located close to stores and restaurants and only a 15 min. drive to Winter Park for skiing. There were lovely views from 2 of the bedrooms and living room and a nice balcony. The place seemed clean, but my son found a sock under his bed and I had read another review of someone finding a clothing item left behind, so it does make me wonder how thorough the cleaning actually was. Everything else seemed clean though.
