I felt comfortable and at home as soon as I walked in. I needed a quiet escape from the city and a relaxing place to decompress after a day at the Winterpark Jazz Fest. It was the perfect place to come for a four day weekend. It is in a location that is quiet but close to the grocery store and restaurants. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. This place would be amazing anytime of the year! It has all the utensils, dishware and items needed for preparing meals. We had an issue with the water heater going out on 23-Dec and the owner had a maintenance guy out that night and then a plumbing contractor out on Christmas Eve. Only complaint is that the kitchen is kind of sparse and for a family of 4 we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. It was exactly as listed in the photos, and was very clean when we arrived. It’s located very conveniently about 10 minutes from Winter Park. It is in walking distance to the Safeway Grocery Store and a short drive to the fraser tubing hill. Ski rental was close and you are a short drive from Winterpark and Granby Ranch Ski Resorts. The owner James responded quickly to any questions we had. We would stay here again. The condo was clean and everything worked well.
