Wohnung schön groß und so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Lage in einem ruhigen Weiler und guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Unternehmungen (Auto oder E-Bike). Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne und der Renovierungsstand von Bad und WC ist schon etwas älter aber auch Ok. Die Wohnung ist mit dem großen offenem Wohn-/Essbereich und der direkt angrenzenden Küche sehr geräumig, insgesamt gut ausgestattet, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Ein Highlight ist der sehr große langgezogene Balkon, von dem man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das umliegende Bergpanorama und die ländliche Umgebung genießen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Penny u.a.), Gasthöfe/Restaurants gibt es im ca. 6km entferntem Aschau. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vor und nach unserer Anreise war sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und gut. Obwohl sie während unseres Aufenthaltes selbst nicht anwesend war, konnte man sich jederzeit telefonisch an sie wenden... auch die Schlüsselübergaben bei der An- und Abreise mit den ebenfalls sehr freundlichen Nachbarn hat ganz unproblematisch geklappt.
