A standard Kiwi motel/hotel but far over priced for what the room offered. VERY small shower and single bed I could have rolled out of. The breakfast cost was excessive.

It was a quiet place with great views away from the hustle and bustle. Didn’t hear any helicopters! Angela and staff were friendly and helpful to make our stay very pleasant. This is a wonderful house with lots of space and a great location in Franz Joseph. It had a well equipped kitchen, lots of space in the living room, and three bedrooms. There is only one bathroom, but the other spaces make up for that. We really enjoyed our stay there.
