The house was everything we expected plus more. It is a perfect distance from town (\~15 minutes), and is nestled up on a quiet overlook. The kitchen has everything we needed, there’s a nice gas fireplace, and a fire pit on the back deck. Also, communication with Rhonda was easy and she responded quickly. Very well stocked with amenities, towels were super soft, and everything worked that we used; loved the combo coffee/K-cup maker. The location was perfect for us and everything was very convenient. What I mean by convenient: grocery stores (Ingles and Walmart a few minutes away), restaurants (within 20 minutes a lot of variety), garbage drop off (7 days a week), etc. The driveway is a bit steep and with our large Silverado 2500, made for an interesting climb up; 360 cameras really came into good use. Internet speed was good enough to stream the two TVs and still surf on three devices. The area is very quiet and feels secluded. Hot water was hot and water pressure was great. You do have your choice of a soft or firm mattress between the master suites. If you love winding roads take HWY 28 to Bryson City!
