This property reminded me of a low-end Hampton Inn: perfectly adequate for a brief business trip but definitely not something I would consider again. Do not let the pictures fool you, as they must be a decade old.

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like in the room was that we can’t open any windows so the air was quiet stuffy. But the service was really terrible. Checkin took over half an hour with a huge line of guests waiting. Staff was not really helpful. In the evening we went to the bar where the staff asked if we had a reservation and that we can only eat here with a reservation even though it was 10pm and almost empty. We were allowed to sit down for only a drink, got served the wrong drink and just treated and talked to in a very weird and uncomfortable way. When we asked at the reception for some robes for the spa they just said there are none left. Feels like they dont care at all and their smiles also seemed quiet fake. Would probably not stay here again.

Communication was awful. Got an email stating I was allowed to submit requests for early check in and late check out. I submitted these requests and never heard back despite sending 2 follow up emails. When I arrived at the hotel the staff was quite stand offish and stated they had no idea about these requests. The food at the bar was mediocre at best. No house coats in the rooms and very little closet space. Venue was quite good otherwise

This property is poorly managed. Never a manager on duty, guests were assigned dirty occupied rooms, key cards never worked, parking kiosk never worked, no washcloths, no water, staff rude and unfriendly, rooms never cleaned in a manner they should have been. All around awful and I plan on taking this to a higher level

Excellent breakfast. Staff changed my room when I wanted a different room. Everyone was helpful. The excercise room on the 18th floor was too warm. I would book into your hotel again when in Frankfurt.

Way less than US standards . There is no vending machine no ice machine no water , nobody working after hours , no manual in English for folks trying to find out about breakfast , facilities etc , no room service too If this is the standard in Europe then I am glad I am not there

Incredibly nice property. There was an odor in the lobby the entire time, but luckily we were no there often. Room and rest of the hotel was perfect and spacious, I would highly recommend staying here in Frankfurt.

Worst experience of my entire global hotel experience Radisson hotel at his specific location location doesn’t represent anything near to The lousiest hotel accommodations had to change rooms twice since their refrigerators all out of order and their shower access was blocked barely could shower This location doesn’t represent true 5 stars I refuse recommend this location to anyone . Poor hotel accommodations ever . It needs to have major change

Arriving around midnight and a long line waiting for check in. If it was not a volunteer traveller to organize the check in, everyone could wait longer (some people already wait more than 2 hrs just for check in!!) When finally get into the room, I found out there are some footprint in the bathroom...clearly the cleaning team leave in a hurry. I understand that it's due some system error that causes the hotel doesn't prepare the room and they got a team to clean up the room in a hurry. However, the whole situation is really disappointing.

Exactly what we were looking for as we were looking at property for sale in that area. Be aware that there are limited dining options within close proximity to the hotel. Otherwise, it was great. Quiet, clean, fantastic view from our 12th floor room. Very good, if a bit expensive, breakfast buffet. We would stay again
