When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me the room I chose was not available, so they moved me to another building, under the rain this was an inconvenience. The room was not very clean, there was still paint on the floors which is very unusual for a 4 star hotel, also one of the windows was replaced by a wooden plank... Regarding parking, the hotel page indicated free parking for all rooms, when checking out they informed me I would need to pay for the parking. When I showed them the page of their hotel showing free parking, the receptionist laughed at me and said "send an email and you will see". I asked to see a Manager or Director, they told me no one was available as it was a Sunday. The worst thing is that they then changed their page to indicate paid parking, but thankfully I took screenshots of the page showing free parking before they did the modification. Very poor experience and staff unwilling to help, I definitely wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel as they seem to want to rip off people instead of providing good service.

Wir haben das Hotel anlässlich eines Wochenendes für einen Geburtstag gebucht, da unser ursprüngliches Hotel kurzfristig storniert werden musste. Wir haben uns dann für dieses Haus entschieden, da wir den Wellnessbereich kannten aus seiner Zeit, als das Hotel noch zur Lindner Gruppe gehörte. Dass die Zimmer inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, haben wir in Kauf genommen. Was allerdings nicht akzeptabel war, ist die Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Zimmers. Eine Kochnische haben wir nicht vorgefunden, auf dem Boden war Staub, hinter dem Spiegel klemmte die Verpackung eines Softdrinks, die Gardinen waren teilweise runtergerissen, ein Fenster fiel beim Kippen fast aus der Verankerung, an der Wand waren überall Löcher von Bildern. Die Waage im Badezimmer war komplett verdreckt. Nach einer massiven Beschwerde, hatten wir uns darauf geeinigt, die Kosten für das Frühstück erstattet zu bekommen, bis jetzt konnten wir keine Erstattung feststellen. Es gibt alte Hotels mit Charme, es gibt neue Hotels mit Pfiff und Design, diesem Haus fehlt einfach alles. In der Sauna war das Licht kaputt. Die Antwort der Dame auf den Hinweis war „ Das ist schon mal so, I’m so sorry“. Da wurden von den Gästen in der Sauna schon Witze drüber gemacht, in dem Hotel würde ja ohnehin nichts funktionieren. Bitte nicht buchen!

Die Unterkunft war gut in die S-Bahn nicht weit entfernt. Leider war die Beschreibung war Expedia falsch, da lt. der Buchung die Parkplätze kostenlos seien. Leider habe ich für die Zeit diesen einen Übernachtung im Parkhaus des Main Tower insgesamt 50 Euro bezahlt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort wussten nichts von kostenlosen Parkplätzen
