Dear KelleyThank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are very sorry that your experience on arrival had such an impact on your stay that you were unable to give us a better rating. We would like to point out that the area in front of our hotel entrance is reserved for shuttle buses. We are happy to allow our hotel guests to park there briefly in order to unload your luggage or to enquire at the hotel reception. Our receptionists are usually busy with our arriving guests and do not have the opportunity to direct other arriving vehicles. We can understand that you were upset about the delay due to another motorist parking on you. However, I must state that my colleague tried to intervene in a conciliatory manner, as when both drivers are swearing at each other, her/our influence is limited. We would appreciate it very much if we can prove that such an incident is the absolute exception for us the next time we may welcome you in our house.Best regardsJutta SackbrookGeneral Manager

Good clean hotel
The stay was great, the staff is super nice, the breakfast staff is super nice. What I would have appreciated was a restaurant to eat on site, since there's not a lot around the hotel, and it's hard to get out when you're on business.

Good hotel. Some confusion with the booking.
Some confusion on checkout as I’d prepaid with hotels.com but the receptionist wanted to charge for the rooms again. Good clean hotel though with good bar and breakfast. Will stay again. Probably a one off issue.

We stayed on a business trip from Mon to Fri at a busy period. We found it clean and reasonably friendly (not exactly super friendly welcomes and smiles) Bar and dinning area was very good and breakfast was good although a little expensive.Its not a great location as nothing else in easy walkable distance.

We were going to a concert, so the hotel was great for that, it is also close to the station so that you can go into Frankfurt centre to explore, the breakfast is very expensive in the hotel but there are a few cafes close to the station to pick up breakfast and a coffee

Good stay and hotel
Hotel is next to tram, bus and trains. So easy going around. There’s a nice restaurant/ bar but inly opens 3pm+. Rooms and lobbies are spacious and well equipped. The only thing I would say they need to improve was carpet everywhere and room windows let cold and noise pass through.

The first room I was given did smell like it had been sprayed with some industrial strength cleaner. When I complained I was offered an upgrade but I was told I would need to pay 10 Euros which I refused. I was then offered another room without any further cost and this new room had no problems at all. It's a shame that they first asked me to pay for the other room when clearly the original room was not fit for purpose - whatever was used to clean the room was making my eyes water. However, this is my only complaint because in general I found the staff at reception and the restaurant to be very hospitable and I did enjoy my stay.

Frankfurt vacation
Initially I was planning to stay at the Lindner Congress Hotel 2 days because I knew it was close to the Jahrhundrethalle Performance Arts Center. I extend my stay for 2 extra days! It is in the outskirts of Frankfurt and much more affordable than being in the middle of the city. From the Zuckschwerdtstrasse I rode the bus 3 short stops to the Jahrhundrethalle and the electric streetcar into the Romer historic area and really enjoyed it. It was so convenient. Parking my rental car in the garage was much more affordable, and the parking spaces were bigger than others I had found on my 2 week vacation in Germany.

There were no outlets free near the bed or at the desk. Where are you meant to plug in a computer or phones? I had to charge them on the floor near the front door or in the bathroom.

Supposed to be close to the airport. 10 kilometres away 27 euros taxi fare one way. Hotel had those awful squeeze soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. Only gave 2 towels, no face cloths, had to ask for more towels.

After booking a double room I walked into a twin room, after ringing reception the receptionist argued this and stated that her paper work stated Twin Room. I explained that my itinerary showed as Double Room which she replied I will send up someone to push the beds together! Excellent customer service. After waiting for 10 minutes we decided to do this ourselves, when the help eventually arrived we asked for him to hoover the floor where the bed had originally been as it was filthy. Everything else was fine however I feel the underground parking is far too expensive, €20 per day even if you take your car out all day.

Nice hotel for quick visit or stay
The hotel is very nice with wonderful staff. Our room was clean and well-kept. You can tell there is an older (not quite outdated) feel to the hotel, but was nice nonetheless. The bar in the hotel was nice to grab a quick drink or dinner at. The basic internet isn't the most reliable, but you have the option to upgrade to a paid version. The only negative is that the area around the hotel is disappointing. There isn't much in the area for food/drink/activities outside of the Altstadt Höchst and it's castle. I would also recommend avoid using the main train station and taking a cab. It is currently under construction and seems to be frequently vandalized. If you're looking for a quick stay before a flight and maybe a couple trips to the city of Frankfurt, I would definitely recommend the hotel. Overall, we were happy with our visit.

Not anywhere close to the airport
Thsi hotel was listed as a hotel near Frankfurt airport by Travelocity and that is why I booked it but when I got to the airport, I foud out I had to pay about 35 Euros to get to the hotel and anotehr 35 to get back to the airport for an 8 hour stay. I was very disappointed at Travelocity which included this hotel near airport.

Be aware! No hotel shuttle!
I called from the airport and learned that the hotel has no shuttle but worse it is really far away from the airport, aproximately 25 minutes by taxi! There is no real public transportation to the hotel. You would need to change from train to bus and walk 10 minutes. The staff is professional, not particularly friendly. If you need to stay, although I recommend to shop for another more convenient hotel, you should make reservation with breakfast. Internet is free but very slow. You need to pay extra for high speed internet. All in all a quite dissapointing experience, not only because of the distance to the airport. Its a very basic hotel and in my opinion overrated with 4 stars.
