My booking condition included wifi wireless internet in the room. That is my first condition whenever I book a hotel.
But, when I checked in I was noticed that no wifi is available.
I claimed it to the receptionist summiting my booking document which has wifi wireless internet condition. His reply was exactly like that "no wifi available, no way, I cannot help you".
That was all. There was no more explanation. I could not continue to claim, because my family, wife and a daughter, felt some scary from his talking and attitude.
Instead of claim to the hotel, I claimed it to Expedia.
When I checked out, I could not hear 'bye' or 'good bye' from receptionist (I am not sure the receptionist was the same person I met during checking in).
It was the most terrible experience I have ever had at the hotels.
