Positives: cleanliness was good. Negatives: 1- location is a little far from public transport. 2- there is no elevator. 3- main issue was the room was separated from the neighbor room by an unusable door between the 2 rooms. The sounds and smell from the neighbor can reach my room.

Sadly, no amenities to speak of. Biggest concern was an extremely soft, thick, but worn out mattress, on a bed that squeaked every time I moved.

Absolute Nightmare
4th Floor and no lift. Old building with no air-conditioning : 35degrees had to leave windows open (noisy) = no sleep !!! No Breakfast even on request !!! Never back there !!!

this is my 5th visit to the hotel. Cleanliness of rooms especially bathroom is lacking (dirty floor, hair on the floor, rooms were not cleaned daily). They urgently need to add a safe into the rooms. TV programs were removed (less options in comparison the previous years).

Great place
We had a great stay in every way. The location is peaceful but has a couple of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was very comfortable. The only thing that might disturb someone is the lack of an elevator.

Surreal blast of an Eastern European past
In desperate need of renovations (and change of management, maybe) Towels worn out and stained, moldy shower curtain, safe not working; awful cleaning service: dusty, smeared mirrors; one day during my stay room was left unlocked after cleaning; Overall a surreal experience.

I was in Frankfurt for a conference and booked seven nights at the Fair Hotel Villa Diana Westend. Europe was in a heatwave, so the room, with no AC and no fan was uncomfortable, and the window only opened a crack. This is typical in Europe and not the fault of the hotel. My main complaint is that, while the router was located in the hall, less than 6 meters from the desk in the room where I wanted to work, I could only get an internet connection by going into the hall and sitting right next to the router. Breakfast was sufficient, but at 8 Euros a bit over priced. Checking out the neighborhood, there are better hotels for about the same price.

Hotel would have been okay, but the listing is misleading. It SAID that there was air conditioning. I went down to reception, and the attendant said that NONE of their rooms had air conditioning. It was a busy time in Frankfurt, so we could not find another place if we were to get refunded, so we stuck it out. It was miserable. They threw us on the fourth floor (stairs, no elevator), which was MUCH hotter than outside. We left the windows open. It started raining. The rain came into the room through the window, but we NEEDED to keep the window open because it was so miserably sticky and hot. I felt like I was suffocating, and could never fall asleep. Don't say you have air conditioning if you don't. I was SPECIFICALLY searching for hotels with air conditioning because I KNEW it would be hot out. I chose this hotel under the false message that it had air conditioning. Refund me, fix your listing, and i'll change my review.

Nice hotel for the price, spacious room and very peaceful neighbourhood. Quiet and feels safe at night. On the downside there is no lift and location is not central, but it's not an issue if you drive.

The room was located in the highest floor with no elevator and the last stairs were as wide as half a meter. The bathroom walls were inclined and it was not possible to stand straight in the shower. Otherwise, the hotel was okay.

Large, clean rooms and helpful staff
Overall this was a nice hotel. Staff were pleasant and room was clean. Was in a very quiet area with a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre. My room was connected to another by a door, meaning you could hear the people in the room next door quite clearly. Other than that I would recommend this hotel

The hotel was in a quiet area, but pretty close to the metro, which is one stop away from the main station. The hotel staff was nice, but they are only there until 9. The only problem we had was the WiFi didn’t work so great in our rooms, but other than that, the price was great for what you get!

Nice safe area, 8mins from Exhibition Centre
Simple, basic accommodation with stairs (a bit difficult with heavy bags), but very clean. Great location a short walk to the Exhibition centre and in a good, safe part of town. Great bakery, restaurant and café/bar up the road. Would stay there again and recommend to others wanting simple accommodation. The nearby botanical gardens were nice to visit. Building is old, but clean inside.

It was clean and tidy. Shower was very poor, pressure fluctuated from good to a trickle, not very satisfactory. Wifi also was poor. Worked ok for a while then stopped, then worked again. I didn't have breakfast there. Receptionist helpful and friendly.

Good value for an overnight stay.
Good value for money walking distance to train station and core. The area's quite nice as well for a stroll. It can get tricky trying to find some parking. Staff weren't the most helpful but they were nice. Rooms are small, as well as the washrooms, but still within the European standard size (which all around rooms are definitely smaller than what you are probably used to).

Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff!
The staff were all wonderful and friendly. A moderately short walk to the train station (even with rolling luggage, it was easy).I would stay here again if I'm overnight in Frankfurt again!

When I arrived the public areas were not clean and the view of the front door was very sad. The reception desk is totally inadequate and there is an electrical cord running across the walkway to the soft drinks fridge which is dangerous. The lights on the landing on the 4th floor were not working but my room was clean and light. The young man at reception bought my bag up for me which was great - thank you. He also bough my bag down for me when I checked out. There was no internet connection in my room for the whole of my stay. The last morning there was not hot water so I had a cold shower!

Convenient hotel for a quick stay
Great location for business trip if it's a quick stay. Not a place to stay if you have a lot of luggage as it's quite a walk from the station if you are carrying a lot. Had to leave early so I didn't get to try out the amenities, but I didn't see much. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. The room was really clean and spacious.

I stayed here while working at the trade fair. The receptionist was not helpful, she refused to change the pillows and when their was a problem with the internet she refused to restart the router blaming external problems even though I told her I could see the router was flashing orange so it needed restarting. They also had builders in which I wasn't informed about and at one point one walked into my room as I was sleeping. Finally the bed was that bad when you turned over the bed moved across the floor. An awful experience.

The hotel wasn't too bad. However, the one receptionist was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful. ( not the younger one- she was very sweet and accommodating) I don't think the breakfast was worth 8 euros. I expected a 3 star to have more accommodations- laundry bag in Room, coffee machine.

The area was very nice and safe, quite. 10 minutes to Western U station, this station take you directly to the centre or to main station. The room was so big and very clean.

Well situated
We booked this hotel for its price and location. We knew we were going to be out most of the day so only wanted some where clean and quiet to put our head down. We were pleasantly relieved to find it just did this! We didn't opt for the breakfast at 8 euros but went into the centre to a café. There is a bakery around the corner that does take out tea/coffee and a mini supermarket. Room was on the 2nd floor looking over the front,bright spacious, simply furnished with a modern bathroom. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.

I found this wonderful business hotel in the neighbourhood of the Frankfurt fair. Great value hotel! I would however recommend it only for business and leisure travellers and not as a staycation or weekend getaway location! The hotel is clearly a business hotel only.
