Perfect location in a walkable town

From the moment we walked in, we relaxed and felt at home. The apartment was cozy, clean, and convenient to all of the major sights, local transport, and grocery shopping in Darmstadt. Jacok was a great host and welcoming. For someone looking for a longer stay in this interesting town, I highly recommend choosing this apartment.

Eine Woche in Darmstadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet; einige Kleinigkeiten, die fehlten, wurden sofort nachgereicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt und dazu ist sie ruhig gelegen.

Als Monteur Unterwegs

Ich war fasziniert über die Genauigkeit der Bilder in der Anzeige, die Kissen lagen in exakt der Position wie sie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und hat alles was ich als Monteur auf meinen Reisen benötige und noch mehr. Sollte ich wieder nach Darmstadt reisen, werde ich mir die Wohnung bei Verfügbarkeit sofort buchen.

Was für ein schöner Ort!

Letztes Jahr waren wir bereits eine Woche hier. Das Haus und der Ort fühlten sich sofort wohl und so waren wir dieses Jahr wieder dort. Mit dem Eigentümer, der immer schnell reagiert, kann alles reibungslos geregelt werden. In jeder Hinsicht gut, schön, ruhig, alle Annehmlichkeiten im und um das Haus, die Sie brauchen. Wir lieben das Smart-TV, wo wir über die ARD-Mediathek alles sehen können, was wir in den Niederlanden nicht sehen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit der Wohnung und der Lage der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hatte, ist die ebenerdige Lage der Wohnung. Aber das schnelle Erreichen der Mathildenhöhe und des Zentrums hat dieses wieder gut gemacht. Wir würden immer wieder gern kommen.

Eine rundum perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Woche gemietet. Vorab war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hervorragend, schnell und freundlich. In der Wohnung angekommen fanden wir alles haargenau so vor, wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem erreicht man das Zentrum sehr schnell und hat alle Bedarfe des täglichen Lebens in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bei Bedarf gibt es auch einen Stellplatz, wir waren mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs und auch hier ist die Wohnung sehr gut angebunden. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder wenn wir wieder nach Darmstadt fahren! Vielen Dank und großes Lob an den Vermieter!

Was für ein schöner Ort!

Das Äußere lässt nicht erahnen, wie schön und sauber es innen ist. Sehr ruhig und geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einem Auge für praktische Details. Super TV mit ARD und ZDF Mediathek, damit wir Niederländer endlich die deutschen Serien sehen konnten, die man nur in Deutschland sehen kann. Schönes großes Sofa, sehr komplette Küche, überall dimmbare Lampen, die von warmem bis hellem Licht eingestellt werden können. Gutes WLAN. Großes Badezimmer und sehr großes Schlafzimmer und Kleiderschrank. Schönes Bett mit 2 funktionierenden Nachttischlampen: sehr schön! Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett etc .. etc .. Alles ist da (jetzt 2 Ablagen zum Aufstellen eines Koffers, das wäre praktisch). Und einen privaten Parkplatz, also nie suchen. Und dann die Lage: Besser geht es nicht. Du bist 3 Gehminuten von einem großen REWE entfernt, bist direkt auf der Marienhöhe und über einen schönen Fußweg erreichst du das Jugendstillbad in 5 Minuten und über einen weiteren wunderbaren Fußweg in 15 Minuten mitten im Einkaufszentrum. Wir haben schöne Abendspaziergänge im Martinsviertel gemacht, das an der Wohnung beginnt; Auch die Waldspirale ist so in einer Viertelstunde zu erreichen. Es ist viel besser, als Sie vielleicht aufgrund der Website denken. Alles unkompliziert arrangiert, absolut klasse! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch Darmstadt selbst war für uns eine sehr angenehme Überraschung; Es ist eine herrliche, grüne, fortschrittliche Stadt mit sehr schönen Orten, die es zu entdecken gibt.

Die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir in mehr als 35 Jahren hatten

Die Lage nichts weniger als optimal: 5 bis 10 Minuten zur Mathildenhöhe, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum von Darmstadt. Die Wohnung ist groß, so dass man sich darin auch bewegen kann, die moderne Ausstattung entsprach ganz unserem Geschmack. Der schicke Parkettboden mag hier für deren Hochwertigkeit stehen. Netter, gar nicht aufdringlicher Vermieter, der bei Unklarheiten jederzeit (telefonisch) zu erreichen war. Grundnahrungsmittel in bester, besonderer Qualität (z.B. Tee und Kaffee) standen bereit. Riesiges TV-Gerät, und hier durften wir auch Alexa kennen lernen. Wir kochen im Urlaub zwar nicht, aber der sehr nahe REWE ist für Bier und Erfrischungsgetränke doch angenehm. Insgesamt eine eindrucksvolle Leistung des Vermieters, der mit der von ihm angebotenen Wohnung noch viele Urlauber glücklich machen wird. Denn auch das gänzlich unaufgeregten Darmstadt mit seinem vielen Grün und der Mathildenhöhe sowie dem vielseitigen Hessischen Landesmuseum (zu schweigen von der zauberhaften Umgebung) ist unbedingt eine auch mehr als einwöchige Reise wert.
